Bristol Airport is close to the city by distance and further by traffic. From the centre it is around eighteen miles, which is thirty-five minutes at six in the morning and well over an hour at half past four on a Friday.
How long to allow
For a European flight, be at the terminal two hours before departure. For long-haul, three. Work back from that and add the journey time for the time of day you are travelling - not the average. Our booking system does this for you when you enter your flight time.
The drop-off charge
Bristol Airport charges for entering the drop-off zone directly outside the terminal. If a friend drives you, they will pay it. Our airport pickups include a 5.00 airport fee that covers this, shown as its own line on your quote rather than folded into the fare.
Coming back
Give us your flight number when you book. We track the arrival and move the pickup to match. The first 45 minutes after landing is free waiting time, which covers a normal walk through immigration and baggage reclaim.
